Naime, istra\u017eivanja su pokazala da, prema ocjenama zaposlenih, novac zauzima tek deseto mjesto na popisu \u201enajboljih motivatora\u201c.<\/p>\n<p>Dakle, vrlo jednostavno re\u010deno, ve\u0107a motivacija zaposlenika nema puno veze sa novcem. Novcem ne mo\u017eete pove\u0107ati zadovoljstvo ljudi na poslu. To mo\u017ee biti tek privremeno rje\u0161enje koje \u0107e samo odgoditi stvarni problem. Kako ispitati jesu li va\u0161i zaposlenici zadovoljni na radnom mjestu, odnosno ako nisu, kako to promijeniti?
