Naime, motivacija je glavni razlog dobrih ili lo\u0161ih rezultata u obavljanju poslovnih zadataka. Uz to, ako su va\u0161i zaposlenici zadovoljni radnom atmosferom te motivirani i klijenti \u0107e biti zadovoljniji, \u0161to pozitivno utje\u010de na poslovanje \u010ditave tvrtke.<\/p>\n<p>Kako onda izgraditi kvalitetan sustav motivacije i nagra\u0111ivanja zaposlenika? Jedna od na\u010dina je krenuti sa jedinstvenim sustavom nagra\u0111ivanja koji se odnosi na \u010ditavu tvrtku. Uspje\u0161nost u izvr\u0161avanju zadataka je jednostavnije ocijeniti, jer je ona izravna poveznica izme\u0111u ciljeva koje postavljate pred njih i kona\u010dnog rezultata koji ostvare.<\/p>\n<p>S druge strane, nagra\u0111ivanje karakteristi\u010dnog pona\u0161anja koje je doprinijelo poslovanju tvrtke je puno ve\u0107i izazov. Stoga, morate jasno definirati koje vrste pona\u0161anja zaposlenika zaslu\u017euju nagradu. Primjerice, vrednujete li dolazak na posao prije po\u010detka radnog vremena i prekovremene radne sate? Nagra\u0111ujete li ih kada iznose prijedloge kako uspje\u0161nije i u\u010dinkovitije obavljati radne zadatke? Drugim rije\u010dima, morate jasno odrediti <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gooma.biz\/veca-motivacija-zaposlenika\/\">nagra\u0111ujete li zaposlenike<\/a> za inovativnost ili za vrijeme provedeno na radnom mjestu. Na tom popisu se mogu\u00a0 na\u0107i pobolj\u0161anje odnosa sa klijentima, snala\u017eenje u kriti\u010dnim situacijama ili pomaganje drugim zaposlenicima u usavr\u0161avanju njihovih vje\u0161tina.<\/p>\n<p>S druge strane, morate znati da i sami zaposlenici imaju odre\u0111ena o\u010dekivanja od svojih \u0161efova. Ukoliko su takva o\u010dekivanja ispunjena, osje\u0107aju se zadovoljnije na radnom mjestu i motiviranije za izvr\u0161avanje zadataka.<\/p>\n<p>Tako prije svega o\u010dekuju da nadre\u0111eni ima dobre organizacijske sposobnosti te da zna to\u010dno objasniti koje poslove treba odraditi. Na taj na\u010din stvaraju se preduvjeti za uspje\u0161no izvr\u0161avanje poslovnih zadataka. Tako\u0111er, od <a href=\"https:\/\/www.croma.hr\/\">managera<\/a> o\u010dekuju i pomo\u0107 kada se na\u0111u u situaciji koju ne mogu sami rije\u0161iti. Pru\u017eanjem savjeta, voditelj ili \u0161ef pokazuje da je zainteresiran i za zaposlenika i za posao koji obavlja.<\/p>\n<p>Uz to, zaposlenici o\u010dekuju voditelja sa jasnim stajali\u0161tima, koji svojim pona\u0161anjem predstavlja viziju tvrtke te se jednako ophodi i sa podre\u0111enima i sa nadre\u0111enima. Sada kada smo pojasnili \u0161to zaposlenici to\u010dno o\u010dekuju od nadre\u0111enih, puno je jednostavnije dati i konkretne savjete kako pove\u0107ati njihovu motiviranost za izvr\u0161avanje poslovnih zadataka.<\/p>\n<p>Svaki zaposlenik o\u010dekuje jasne radne upute i opis radnog mjesta. Na taj na\u010din postavljaju se jasne granice izme\u0111u toga koje radne zadatke svaki zaposlenik obavlja. Istovremeno, uklanja se mogu\u0107nost bilo kakvih nedoumica, rasprava ili prebacivanja odgovornosti za lo\u0161e rezultate me\u0111u zaposlenicima.<\/p>\n<p>Na popisu klju\u010dnih pitanja za pove\u0107avanje motivacije zaposlenika nalazi se i transparentnost organizacijske strukture. Naime, kako bi se svakom \u010dlanu poslovnog tima omogu\u0107ili uvjeti za samostalan rad, nu\u017eno je jasno definirati njihovo podru\u010dje rada i odgovornosti.<\/p>\n<p>Motivacija zaposlenika uvelike ovisi i o stilu vo\u0111enja unutar odjela u kojem rade te tvrtke generalno. Pri tome je velik naglasak na kooperativnom stilu vo\u0111enja u kojem je svaki \u010dlan poslovnog tima na vrijeme upoznat sa ciljevima i zahtjevima tvrtke.
